Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor will direct all functions of the maintenance work force. They will ensure that maintenance work is accomplished in a safe and efficient manner. They will partner with key plant production personnel to implement and drive best practices in safety, quality, maintenance processes, reliability, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis in a three shift, seven day working environment.<\/p>\n

Major Duties\/ Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

Manage the Hourly Maintenance Workforce \u2013 Provide daily leadership to the hourly maintenance workforce. Make individual job assignments and track the progress to completion. Ensure the maintenance workforce is provided with information, tools, and direction to work safely and efficiently. Ensure the workforce is provided with the time and tools needed to perform a quality job. Ensure that the workforce follows all plant guidelines for Safety, Quality, GMPs, SAP PM processes, time confirmations, monthly meetings, and other procedures
\nMonitors the plant CMMS \u2013Ensure all data collected by his or her employees is accurate and complete when entered into the SAP PM system. Audits equipment BOM and PM work instructions for accuracy. Ensures that assigned PMs are completed as scheduled and plant backlog is properly managed.
\nAsset Reliability \u2013 Ensure asset reliability through TPM, Lean, Autonomous Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis, and other reliability tools.
\nEnsure labor needs are communicated to the labor scheduler weekly, to support planned work scheduled by the Reliability Planners and the needs for BU production support, considering vacations and other employee time off.
\nBU Support \u2013 Provide daily technical and troubleshooting expertise to the assigned Business Units.<\/p>\n

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties\/responsibilities:<\/p>\n

BS Degree in Asset Reliability or Engineering related field strongly preferred.
\n5 years of related maintenance experience required.
\nProficient in Lean Manufacturing principles.
\nFluent with RCA, FMEA, and Problem Solving methods.
\nStrong knowledge of SAP or other CMMS system.
\nFluent with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
\nStrong communication, Leadership, Coaching and change management skills.
\nStrong commitment to customer service.
\nWilling to work all three shifts including overtime to support a 24\/7 manufacturing operation.<\/p>\n
