Raymond Support Member Jobs<\/p>\n

The Compensation Analyst will support all areas of compensation administration, helping to ensure that the company remains competitive in total reward offerings.<\/p>\n

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

Assists with all aspects of compensation administration, including job pricing activities, survey participation, annual compensation review, and ongoing base pay administration
\nCollaborates with management and HR colleagues on the development and maintenance of job descriptions
\nBenchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position
\nPrepares and presents summary reports of job analysis and compensation analysis information
\nAccurately maintains compensation data and prepares reports as requested
\nAccurately maintains TSC compensation structure
\nAssists with the administration of TSC incentive plans
\nWorks with HR colleagues and members of the Payroll and Finance Teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and related system updates
\nPerforms a variety of other HR duties, particularly those related to Total Rewards, as assigned<\/p>\n

Essential Skills and Abilities:<\/p>\n

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel

\nStrong understanding of Human Resources best-practices<\/p>\n

Education and Experience Requirements:<\/p>\n
