Citizens Data Entry Jobs Work From Home<\/p>\n

The primary role of the\u00a0Dealer Services Specialist\u00a0is to facilitate the collection and reconciliation of payments made to our dealer reserve accounts. The role involves direct communication with dealer partners to establish and maintain accurate contact information and provide detailed explanation of accounts when needed. The colleague will perform routine accounting transactions. \u00a0This position requires strong analytical skills in addition to an accounting background or associated work experience. The dealer services specialist will work closely with our Finance and Loan Servicing partners which will require strong communication skills. Additionally, the role will involve direct communication with our dealer partners to facilitate any adjustments necessary. Strong aptitudes with the Microsoft Office Suite, ALS, and CMOD are preferred.<\/p>\n

High school diploma or equivalent GED
\nApplicant should have strong Excel background
\nApplicant should have strong mathematic competencies
\nApplicant should have strong analytical skills

\nFamiliarity with ALS a plus
\nFamiliarity with Indirect Auto Lending preferred
\n1-3 years of accounting background preferred
\nStrong phone skills necessary for collection of negative reserve balances owed
\nMust be able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively while prioritizing and organizing tasks<\/p>\n
