Westlake Data Entry Jobs Work From Home<\/p>\n

The Procurement Process Specialist (Directs) function is accountable for the creation and maintenance of pricing and approved vendor lists within SAP for raw materials. Team members provide assistance to Procurement Commodity Managers while adhering to the recognized and communicated procurement processes. The team works with Accounts Payable and other areas to handle invoice exceptions relating to raw materials.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Essential Functions<\/p>\n

Create and maintain all Info Records, Outline Agreements, Source List, Quota Arrangements, message output etc. for assigned Purchasing Groups. This includes but is not limited to, INCO terms, pricing conditions, freightduty conditions, validity periods, payment terms and methods, text and relevant tax information.
\nEnsure timely and accurate commodity ordering process.
\nMonitor and resolve all assigned parked (ZFPW) and blocked (ZFBW) invoices in a timely manner, ensuring invoices are available to pay.
\nResolve pricing discrepancies for Invoice resolution. Work closely with vendors and accounts payable to resolve any issues.
\nCoordinate andor initiate procurement related master data and transactional data for assigned Purchasing Groups.
\nUpdate purchase orders as necessary to ensure most current data is reflected, payment terms, pricing, etc.
\nAssist internal users in requesting the creation or changes of vendor accounts.
\nPreparing new material setup in SAP including collecting supplier documentation in order to fulfill the necessary requirements.
\nAssist Commodity Managers in reconciliation of all rebates, special deals (nettingswaps) and special payments for assigned Purchasing Groups.
\nData collection through SAP to support monitoring adherence to supply contracts, volume commitments.
\nSupports external\/internal customer communication process based on business requirements and function.
\nCreates\/maintains\/documents queries and reporting.
\nParticipates in projects for master data improvements to support business.
\nBack up other team member as necessary and required for the smooth business continuation purposes (possible coverage for regions in different time zones).<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/p>\n

2+ years\u2019 experience in SAP (exposure to S\/4 Hana) master data\/purchasing\/logistics\/AP environment
\nMinimum degree required
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
\nExcellent language skills in English
\nMust be able to work in accurate manner
\nAbility to follow established procedures and multitask
\nHave excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
\nBe able to handle fast changing environment and have flexible mind set
\nGood organizational and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n
