SCOPE:<\/p>\n

The Production Operator\u00a0works in a team environment; loading product and material into equipment and containers, counting and packing product, and ensuring quality while meeting expected output.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n

No experience required.
\nDemonstrated hand-eye coordination.
\nBasic math and reading skills.
\nProven ability to follow basic directions and skills to learn.
\nGood attention to detail.
\nMust be able to work overtime as needed.<\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n

Load or insert product into various machines and activate the machine
\nUnload product, visually inspect and pack product
\nMaintain cycle times to meet\/exceed minimum rates
\nInspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality specifications
\nPack finished parts for shipment, may include using packaging tape
\nKeep equipment and work area clean
\nKnow and follow all OSHA and Mercury Plastics safety rules
\nRead and Interpret Work Instructions<\/p>\n
