CommScope Work From Home Jobs Advisor Full Time<\/p>\n

As a Product Line Manager, you will play a meaningful role in managing our fiber drop cable assembly portfolio. This will include identifying and developing products satisfying new customer needs and maintaining existing portfolios day-to-day and\u00a0<\/p>\n

With the support of your manager and other PLMs, you will manage the portfolio and financial performance of the product line. Partnership is key as you will work with them to build business plans, cost targets, pricing guidance, and channel recommendations for new products. Here, you will\u00a0be responsible for\u00a0new product launches, including defining requirements, establishing pricing, and creating marketing collateral. Research competitive products by sharing the voice of the customer (VOC), data on competitive products, and lessons learned from previous development initiatives.\u00a0Supporting our global business unit, you’ll have the opportunity to travel globally to manufacturing sites and trade shows.\u00a0 Part of your role will be to evaluate product performance relative to market and recommend changes to reduce cost, improve lead time and improve product performance.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Required Qualifications for Consideration:<\/p>\n

A completed Bachelor\u2019s Degree with 3+ years of product management or technical experience with Fiber drop cable assemblies(outside plant).
\nProficiency with the MS Office Product Portfolio, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
\nProven analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
\nConsistent track record of communicating effectively in a technical environment and to non-technical audiences
\nAbility to travel 20% of the time in the US and Mexico<\/p>\n
