Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)<\/p>\n

As a FAST Team Member it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable and service-oriented, as you must be able to fulfill all of the following requirements:<\/p>\n

Maintain regular and predictable attendance.\u00a0
\nWork scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as dictated by business needs.\u00a0
\nCommunicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.\u00a0
\nComplete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
\nMaintain visual merchandise standards.
\nPerform store specific measurements.
\nComplete store layout initiatives.
\nPerform accurate counts for store inventories, as well as cycle counts.
\nComplete Tractor Way top cap process.
\nHang store signage.
\nAssemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
\nPerform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.

Required Qualifications<\/p>\n

Experience: \u00a0 Prior retail and\/or merchandising experience is required. \u00a0Farming, ranching, pet\/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. \u00a0Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver\u2019s license.Education: \u00a0A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. \u00a0Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.\u00a0

Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities<\/p>\n

Farming, ranching, pet\/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.\u00a0
\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills.\u00a0
\nBasic computer skills.\u00a0
\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.\u00a0
\nMust be self-directed and have the ability to complete assignments with little to no assistance.\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n

Working Conditions<\/p>\n

Working environment is favorable, generally working inside with moderate noise.
\nWork shifts vary from one store to another, but generally are no less than 4 hours and may exceed 8 hours
\nTraveling between store locations in your personal vehicle is required; often with long periods of time
\nPromote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers and adhere to Company safety training and guidelines
\nIndoor floors and outdoor lots generally are hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt, etc.) lighting and temperature are adequate.<\/p>\n

Physical Requirements<\/p>\n

Ability to travel as required in support of district needs.
\nAbility to push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with the assistance of proper material handling equipment (e.g. pallet jack).
\nAbility to occasionally lift or reach merchandise overhead.
\nAbility to frequently stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, and climb ladders.
\nAbility to safely access all areas of the store including selling floor, side lot, stock area, and register area.
\nAbility to constantly operate store equipment such as computer, cash register, and other store equipment.
\nAbility to read, write, and count accurately to complete all documentation.
\nAbility to utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
\nAbility to handle and be in contact with birds\/poultry.
\nAbility to successfully complete all required training.
\nAbility to operate and use all equipment necessary to run a store (e.g. dolly, handtruck, forklift, baler, computer, cash register) (forklift and baler requirements do not apply if under the age of 18).
