Train on daily, weekly, and monthly processing of required paperwork including but not limited to invoices, schedules, product orders and returns, and POs reports.\u00a0
\nTrain to do periodic sales forecasting, payroll analysis and budget review.\u00a0
\nTrain on documentation of team member evaluations and corrective action.\u00a0<\/p>\n

INVENTORY:\u00a0<\/p>\n

Train on managing periodic price changes.\u00a0
\nTrain on communicating inventory needs to buyers and distribution centers.\u00a0
\nLearn how to work with the buyers, supply chain management, district managers, and distribution centers to solve inventory problems.\u00a0<\/p>\n

SPECIAL PROJECTS:\u00a0<\/p>\n

Learn how to coordinate and conduct special sales events.\u00a0
\nTrain to assist District Manager and other Store Managers in solving district issues and support operational needs.\u00a0
\nCommunity involvement.\u00a0<\/p>\n

TEAM MEMBER RELATIONS:\u00a0<\/p>\n

Set the tone for and reinforce the mission and values of Tractor Supply Company and consistently develop the store as the \u201cEmployer of Choice\u201d.

Required Qualifications<\/p>\n

Experience: Retail experience and\/or farming, ranching, pet\/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred. \u00a0Supervisory experience preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver\u2019s license.\u00a0Education: High school diploma, Bachelor\u2019s degree in Agricultural-Science or Business related field preferred. \u00a0Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.<\/p>\n

Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities<\/p>\n

Must have valid driver\u2019s license if you drive for company business.\u00a0
\nProcess information and merchandise through system and POS Register system.\u00a0
\nRead, write, and count to accurately complete all documentation.\u00a0
\nFreely access all areas of the store including selling floor, side lot, stock area, and register area.\u00a0
\nOperate and use all equipment necessary to run a store such as a dolly, hand-truck, forklift, computer, and cash register.\u00a0
\nMove and transfer merchandise generally weighing 0-50 lbs. throughout the store.\u00a0
\nWork varied hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates, plus six days a week during peak seasons in the spring and fall.\u00a0
\nWork a minimum of 52 hours per week.\u00a0
\nStand and walk for long periods of time often up to four hours straight without a break.\u00a0
\nTravel to other store locations and to company functions.\u00a0<\/p>\n
