Execute Casey’s strategic initiatives, drive sales, and\u00a0maintain\u00a0quality and service standards within your store.\u00a0
\nEnsure the store is stocked and clean so we can continue to build strong relationships with our guests and communities.\u00a0
\nHire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey’s Way! You will have the privilege of becoming a coach and mentor to your team, helping them succeed and grow.\u00a0
\nModel and coach to Casey\u2019s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).\u00a0
\nManage labor budget and fulfill staffing needs for regular hours, as well as special events or high-traffic times.\u00a0Ensure the scheduling system is kept up to date, schedule is\u00a0timely\u00a0prepared and posted, and all scheduling updates are appropriately communicated.\u00a0
