Duties<\/p>\n

\u2022 Architects, administrates, and maintains systems management platforms for the enterprise.
\n\u2022 Responds to service incidents and acts as an escalation point for enterprise IT staff for Windows platform issues and Corporate IT standards.
\n\u2022 Strict adherence to change control and communications policies and procedures.
\n\u2022 As part of a team, establishes and maintains technical standards, policies, and procedures for the enterprise, as they relate to systems management on endpoints, including workstations and servers.
\n\u2022 Management of operating systems as Enterprise standards including Windows Client, Windows Server, macOS, and Linux distributions, and maintenance of said OS\u2019s using management platforms.
\n\u2022 Implements policies and maintains policy compliance working across disciplines in IT and across lines of business.
\n\u2022 Manages projects within end user computing disciplines including vendor management and coordination with internal teams.
\n\u2022 Formally and informally share knowledge and expertise with peers.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience<\/p>\n

Experience<\/p>\n

\u2022 Experience migrating MCM features to Tanium.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Microsoft Intune
\n\u2022 PowerShell scripting
\n\u2022 SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or Power BI report creation and maintenance
\n\u2022 Windows and Linux patching using an enterprise platform
\n\u2022 Operating system and application hardening and compliance
\n\u2022 Experience with ServiceNow or another service management platform.
\n\u2022 Strong documentation skillset.
\n\u2022 Ability to effectively communicate with various levels of IT across multiple disciplines.

\n\u2022 Understanding of ITIL\/Service Management processes.
