DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n

Governance Framework Development – Develop and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for IAM aligned with industry standards and organizational requirements
\nAccess Control Oversight – Monitor access controls across systems and applications to ensure compliance with IAM policies and standards
\nPolicy Enforcement – Implement and enforce IAM policies and procedures to maintain consistency and compliance throughout the organization
\nRisk Assessment and Mitigation – Conduct risk assessments of IAM processes and recommend controls to minimize security risks
\nAccess Certifications – Manage access certifications in SailPoint Identity IQ, including scheduling, conducting access reviews, and ensuring timely completion of certifications
\nCompliance Reporting – Generate reports and metrics on IAM governance activities, compliance status, access certifications, and audit findings
\nVendor and Technology Evaluation – Evaluate IAM solutions and technologies to support governance objectives
\nTraining and Awareness – Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on IAM governance principles and best practices<\/p>\n

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
\nRequires 3+ years working in information security, risk, compliance or other related field
\nProven experience in IAM governance<\/p>\n

Strong understanding of IAM concepts, regulations, and standards
\nTechnical aptitude with the ability to do provisioning

\nExperience in Splunk and ability to read logs
\nSailPoint IIQ knowledge and experience
\nExperience with IT Audit
\nExcellent analytical and communication skills
\nStrong problem-solving abilities
\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
\nAbility to adapt to change and learn new technologies quickly<\/p>\n
