NOV Work From Home Jobs Advisor Full Time<\/p>\n

Produces manufacturing parts by programing, setting up, and operating\u00a0CNC Milling machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and programing.<\/p>\n

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n

Follow the daily production activity Plan defined by supervisor.
\nVerify the component by 100% inspection as per drawing.
\nSelect the required HMC\/VMC tools as per component and programing.
\nRecord the inspection results in respective format
\nUpdate the status of production on ERP \/ Work order.
\nMove the material along with all reports to next stage.
\nComply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
\nResponsible for loading parts, proving tapes, operating controls, setting offsets, advanced edits, deburring and inspection of quality parts for conformance to requirements.
\nKnowledge of tool holders, cutting tools, boring bars, fixtures, inserts and other accessories used on various machines.
\nExperience operating HMC\/VMC Machines such as Milling machines in a heavy manufacturing environment
\nFollow the duties assigned by supervisor and report if anything is going wrong.<\/p>\n

FACILITY\/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n

Production of items as per drawings, work orders and as per production plan .
\nVerify the calibration date of inspection tools, prior to inspection.
\nWork as per procedure \/ WI
\nFirst article and in-process inspection as required as per procedure.
\nRecord all inspection results in respective format
\nUpdate WO status in ERP \/ on WO
\nUpdate NC programing in storage location
\nAll NCR \/ Scrap items need to be moved to designated area
\nContribute to cost reduction efforts by actively seeking and reporting opportunities for reduced costs.
\nMust be willing and able to work flexible shifts and changing work schedules.<\/p>\n

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n

ITI\/NCTVT\u00a0with 5 years \/ DME with 2 year\u2019s experience.
\nExperience in CNC machining, programing
\nMust be proficient with Fanuc and Mazatrol programing
\nStrong knowledge of all measuring instruments and GD&T
\nMust be able to communicate in English.
\nKnowledge of Fanuc and Mazatrol controller
\nKnowledge of Tooling preferred.<\/p>\n
