Assigned to Specific suppliers, Overall Supplier management within a segment
\nResponsible for coordinating the implementation of all suppliers’ strategic actions globally in all division
\nExecute Year-Over-Year savings + VeVa (technical cost reduction changes)
\nLead supplier negotiation: Savings, long term agreements, improved terms
\nManage Supplier Relationship + Mindset
\nSynergies\/ Alignments with other Segments where suppliers may deliver
\nManage Business in coordination with Segment Strategy (i.e. growth, phase-out strategy, etc.) align segment\/ supplier strategy
\nMonitor\/mitigate Suppliers Risks financially and capacity wise
\nExecute Global Sourcing and supports Serial changes
\nMaintain supplier board up to date
\nAssure ASM (Autoliv Supplier Manual)
\nSupport\/Request Supplier Development plans
\nSupplier Risk Planning
\nSupports Supplier Bottlenecks
\nLong Term Agreements Negotiations and Yearly negotiations
\nWorks actively and uses synergies to improve Working Capital\/Supply Chain Financing Support
\nEscalation Level 1.<\/p>\n
