Position Description:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Work daily in the field with a group of\u00a0 Education Consultants to assure their effectiveness in providing quality retirement plan counselling and services.
\n\u2022 Responsible for the coaching, training, recruiting and selection,\u00a0 employee administration, as well as acting in a liaison role with a large governmental agency.
\n\u2022 Lead the team of Education Consultants on achieving both quarterly and annual objectives related to contractual requirements agreed to by Voya and the governmental agency.<\/p>\n

Knowledge & Experience:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Minimum of 5 years prior experience working as either an Education Consultant or Supervisor for either governmental or healthcare retirement plans
\n\u2022 Leadership competencies that\u00a0 communicate corporate vison as well as tactical objectives related to the team
\n\u2022 FINRA Licenses Series, 6,7, and 24; as well as CFP\u00ae
\n\u2022 Strong supervisory background that includes coaching and training
\n\u2022 Ability to recruit and select new Education Consultants as needed
\n\u2022 Willingness to serve as a liaison between Voya and the governmental agency in matters related to servicing the needs of plan participants
\n\u2022 Competency using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook<\/p>\n
