Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, distribution partners and TPAs
\nDevelop business plans that identify key clients and list action steps to manage those relationships
\nConsult with clients and brokers on investment issues including performance, diversification, style and suitability
\nWork with plan sponsor to design participant education campaigns with the goal of increasing participation and contribution rates
\nAssist sales representatives with sales presentations and act as subject matter expert in topics such as Voya Service Model, installation process, ongoing service and procedures
\nIntroduce and support new product and service initiatives<\/p>\n

Knowledge & Experience:<\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
\nMinimum of 4 years of experience in the financial services industry or 2 years within the defined contribution marketplace

\nState insurance license
\nStrong analytical, organizational and time management skills
\nAbility to travel frequently within Central\/Southern Ohio to Nothern<\/p>\n
