Key responsibilities:<\/p>\n

Driving the brand planning process for relevant brands \u2013 leading the cross functional team and developing relevant strategy and tactics
\nEngage and support global team with development of product campaigns and adaption of material as relevant to the UK & I market
\nBuilding our Omnichannel engagement strategy, with an emphasis on understanding appropriate channel mix with defined KPI measures
\nEnsuring an optimized approach to resource utilization, to allow for the right promotional mix, supporting in field tactics as well as Head office lead promotional and non promotional campaigns
\nLeadership of the brand team, working across other XF departments and seeking alignment with other stakeholders.
\nSpearhead and lead effective working relationships and effective engagement plans with NHS Therapy Area Experts and other key stakeholders to strengthen Icahn \u2019s position
\nDemonstrate leadership excellence in project management and effectively managing multiple projects and priorities, including close working with agencies, procurement and relationship management
\nLeadership and delivery of key promotional and disease awareness events at conferences etc through the year
\nWorking with Brand Managers within the team to provide guidance and mentorship.
\nAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritise resource to ensure optimized outcomes
\nEnsures that all marketing activities are in compliant with Icahn \u00a0SOP and ABPI\/HPRA Code of Practices.<\/p>\n

\nExcellent interpersonal and communications skills to efficiently and productively communicate both orally and in writing are required.
\nAdvanced planning and organisational skills, including ability to follow tasks\/assignments through to completion
\nDemonstrated understanding of external and internal pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and impact on development of marketing materials is required
\nStrategic thinker, clear presenter and able to influence internal and external stakeholders
