Demonstrates skills and knowledge to effectively complete assigned tasks and completes all required education programs
\nDelivers safe, accurate and timely patient care that conforms to HCMH standards and departmental goals and main job functions as outlined below
\nMaintains patient files, records and other information in preferred order
\nMaintains strictest patient confidentiality.<\/p>\n

Service<\/p>\n

Works diligently to meet every customer\u2019s needs.
\nFully engaged, fully aware and available to help others while on duty
\nReceives and escorts patients to their respective places for examination and\/or treatment.
\nPrepares patients for examination and treatment. Takes patient histories and vital signs.
\nPrepares exam and treatment rooms with necessary instruments.
\nGives injections and applies splints and dressings as directed by the physician.
\nPrepares and maintains supplies and equipment for treatments, including sterilization.
\nAssists physicians in preparing for examination, procedures, minor surgeries and physicals.
\nAssists with scheduling of referrals, other tests and treatments.
\nScreens telephone calls for referral to nurse or physician.
\nMay call in medication orders to pharmacy upon approval of physician.
\nMaintains clinical and nursing station supplies and equipment.<\/p>\n
