This is fantastic opportunity to be part of a true Global COE developing and operating global Policies, Frameworks and Programs covering the whole breath of Compensation.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

Compensation Analytics<\/p>\n

Delivering quantitative and qualitative analysis to support the formation of policy, programme design and overarching compensation strategy.
\nUse of advanced analytical and data presentation skills to design and build compensation reports, metrics and tools that clearly communicate relevant information to support compensation decisions.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Salary Management<\/p>\n

Submission of salary surveys to Hay and Towers Watson, supporting the annual salary budgeting process and managing\/updating country specific salary ranges
\nDevelopment of global salary structures based on a thorough and insightful view of our markets
\nRegular Job Evaluation and Salary Benchmarking in line with our Global Grading structure.
\nPart of the project team designing and delivering the annual salary review process in Workday.<\/p>\n

Incentive Management<\/p>\n

Annual roll out of the Company\u2019s Short Term Incentive Plan (STIP)
\nPart of the project team designing and delivering annual bonus process in Workday
\nSupport the operation of Individual Performance Scorecards<\/p>\n

General<\/p>\n

Review Compensation transactions in Workday to ensure compliance with globally agreed guidelines
\nYou will keep abreast of legislative and market changes and also best practice in order to provide advice on Compensation matters such as gender pay legislation and other ad hoc projects.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Required Experience:<\/p>\n

A proven proficiency in job evaluation and market analysis
\nA proven ability to effectively design and manage compensation programs
\nExperience of contributing to annual pay cycles and knowledge and experience of job evaluation methodologies
\nExposure to Workday or similar HR Information System
\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills including data analysis and interpretation
\nKeen eye for accuracy and attention to detail, with ability to question and troubleshoot data.
\nAdvanced Excel proficiency
\nEnsuring a continuous problem-solving mentality that works to improve processes & reporting.
\nProven ability to work with a diverse client group across different functions, levels, and cultures.
\nExperience of working in a complex multinational environment<\/p>\n
