We are looking for a manager to lead our HR Data & Analytics team in the foundational phase of establishing and building this function at Avis Budget Group. This team play a crucial role in analyzing HR data to provide insight on patterns, trends and identify issues to drive our HR strategy.<\/p>\n

The ideal candidate will be a data enthusiast who is eager to harness data and technology to empower HR decision-making with robust analytics, leveraging technical skills to drive meaningful insights and contribute significantly to the strategic direction of our HR functions.<\/p>\n

They will have experience with managing and manipulating data, creating dashboards and automated tools, delivering analysis and insights to drive decision making, and will have experience managing a team.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

Lead the HR Data & Analytics team to deliver data analysis in all areas of core HR data and be capable of offering recommendations\/solutions.
\nAnalysis of HR data to produce data-driven, insightful reports in Tableau & Power BI to enable strategic & operational HR & business decisions.
\nKey role in leveraging the recently established HR Data Lake, ensuring its scalability and effectiveness in handling large sets of diverse HR data.
\nManipulate and integrate data from diverse sources, focusing on automating these processes where feasible.
\nLead and manage special projects, aligning them with HR objectives and ensuring they deliver value.
\nSupport the HR Leadership and broader HR Team by delivering ad hoc reporting, analysis & insight.
\nActively contribute to delivering, maintaining, and improving HR services, procedures and processes to increase employee satisfaction, driving performance and achieving results.
\nExpand our HR reporting and analytics capabilities, adapting to evolving business needs.
\nReview KPI\u2019s and other metrics and be able to identify any issues.
\nMaintain high quality of process documentation relating to data analysis.<\/p>\n

Skills and Experience:<\/p>\n

Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI and SQL.
\nMicrosoft Ecosystem Familiarity: Knowledge of SharePoint, Power Automate, and other Power platform products.
\nKnowledge of data gathering, cleaning and transforming techniques (ETL).
\nExperience in data analysis and data management.
\nDeep understanding and curiosity of data and analytics.
\nHave a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail, with ability to question and troubleshoot data.
\nEnsuring a continuous problem-solving mentality that works to improve processes & reporting.
\nSelf-starter with ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as required.
\nProven ability to work with a diverse client group across different functions, levels, and cultures.
\nAbility to work under pressure, independently as well as leading a team.
