Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Executing projects in a safe manner and be persistent in follow-up to correct known safety problems.
\nWork closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Technology, Commercial\/Business and other functional partners to resolve quality issues with a sense of urgency.
\nLead and participate in internal audits as well as host customer and vendor audits.
\nWork with functional partners to assure quality meets customer requirements on shipments of assigned products.
\nLead and resolve root causes and eliminate that potential cause for the future.
\nWork with Analytical Services on use of qualitative procedures for root cause analyses.
\nLead Customer Complaint investigation teams.
\nTroubleshoot and identify root cause of customer complaints and manufacturing quality problems, in collaboration with Customer Facing teams and manufacturing teams respectively.
\nLeverage statistical methods and empirical or other models to analyze results.
\nCommunicate results, conclusions and recommendations to internal and external audiences.
\nKeep others informed of your work (Monthly Reports, Project Reviews, etc.).
\nCultivate an open and friendly environment to encourage trust and teamwork where employees are focused on continuous improvement.
\nDevelop team members who can work with minimal guidance commensurate with the abilities, experiences, and performance.<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/p>\n

B.S. Degree in Engineering or other technical degree.
\nCertified Lead Auditor is preferred.
\nProven knowledge and understanding of analytical techniques is required.
\nAt least\u00a03 years of experience managing quality management systems and a quality control lab is required; 5+ years is a plus.
\nExcellent internal\/external communication skills (written\/oral).
\nRoot Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) trained and experience.
\nOperational Excellence and Six Sigma knowledge is beneficial.<\/p>\n
