Responsibilities<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0You are the first point of contact for Health Safety and Environment (HSE) and apply this in accordance with the Eastman standards and governmental regulations.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0You enhance and implement the Eastman safety culture on the shop floor.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0You are responsible for writing and updating Standard Operating Procedures and provide training and workshops for the employees.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0You facilitate both internal and external audits and follow up on audit actions.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0You participate in risk analyses, Management of Change (MOC) and commissioning of new devices and installations.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0You lead incident investigations and you are responsible for following up our reporting tool for incidents and ‘near misses’, you organize ‘observations’ and you are responsible for following up on action points.

\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0You contribute to the process of continuous improvement of our safety policy, and you are responsible for the implementation of improvement.
