Specific Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

Responsible for coordinating the facility maintenance program to ensure all maintenance is completed as scheduled.
\nEvaluates systems or facilities to resolve maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
\nWorks with plant management team to plan work priorities, acquire necessary supplies and assess skills and time needed to complete tasks.
\nAssist with capital project work as assigned.
\nCollaborates with engineering department as needed.
\nUse Computerized Maintenance Management System to accurately lead work orders from inception to closure.
\nCompletes necessary research for non-standard maintenance & repairs requiring the purchase of materials and\/or employment by outside contractors or vendors.
\nManages contractors on site and serves as site contact.
\nComplete all required maintenance paperwork.
\nPerforms manual warehouse duties as assigned.
\nCompletes various welding, piping, and fabrication projects, as assigned.
\nCompletes general Tank Farm maintenance including tank\/pump and hose inspections
\nProvides mentorship and assistance to less senior maintenance workers.
\nServe on company\u2019s in-plant or off-site emergency response team.
\nComply with all company policies, rules, and guidelines
\nPerform other related duties as assigned.<\/p>\n

Education\/Training<\/p>\n

High School Diploma or GED with additional schooling or equivalent maintenance experience
\nRead and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
\nShould have 3-5 years of experience in maintenance of production equipment
\nThe ability to read, write, count, understand and speak English<\/p>\n

Specialized Knowledge\/Skills:<\/p>\n

Knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing
\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
\nAbility to prioritize tasks.
\nAbility to operate an industrial powered lift truck and\u00a0aerial lifts according to company procedures and governmental regulations.
\nAbility to use and maintain respiratory protection equipment.
\nAbility to learn accurate methods for handling hazardous materials and wastes, with training.
\nAbility to drive truck- Class A license, preferred (not required).
\nSafe operation of power tools.
\nAbility to work on roof tops or other great heights.
\nHave a driver’s license and clean driving record.<\/p>\n
