Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

Adhering to both established NRG brand guidelines and also evolving guidelines with the involvement of the Creative Manager to generate digital & print collateral that reinforces the NRG voice through visual touchpoints.<\/p>\n

Leverage and build upon pre-established concepts, or create entirely new layouts – applying photography, and provided copy – while ensuring continuity of typography and design arrangements, and any related aesthetic concepts.<\/p>\n

Produce assets for review by internal clients\/stakeholders, and make revisions based on the feedback received, via established process review cycles.<\/p>\n

Collaborate with in-house creative team to achieve department goals. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Work closely with Project Manager, Copywriter, Digital\/UX and Creative Manager to obtain all relevant information, technical requirements and timelines for successful project completions.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Review final layouts for potential errors, and ensure that final digital or print-ready files reflect required specifications.<\/p>\n

Opportunity to influence and cross-train as new team processes are being developed.<\/p>\n

Perform other duties as assigned.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n

HS Diploma and 6+ years of experience designing for digital media and print OR Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience designing for digital media and print<\/p>\n

Proven experience creating digital marketing collateral and video material in a corporate environment.<\/p>\n

Proficient with Adobe After Effects and Premier Pro, as well as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.<\/p>\n

Established portfolio available for digital review online.<\/p>\n

Must possess strong concepting and design skills, with ability to present those ideas.<\/p>\n

Must have a solid foundation in typography, layout, and design.<\/p>\n

Full-time position, 40 hrs\/week \u2013 remote\/hybrid with occasional need to work in Houston Downtown office.<\/p>\n
