Responsibility for maintaining, creating, analysing, and auditing rate structures for all brands and destinations within the Rate engine, updating Tour Master, Rate management system, Sales System, and any future pricing system. The individual is expected to build knowledge and become the expert in all system areas, learning functionality to manage rate setup for retail, tours, promotions, and associations. A successful candidate must understand how rates are calculated, analyse data and be able to identify correct settings to update systems accordingly. The individual is required to follow audit processes and be accountable for the quality of output, using control tools and testing protocols.\u00a0<\/p>\n

A Day in the Life:<\/p>\n

This is a role in a busy, fast paced, evolving environment, part of the revenue management team with responsibility for maintaining data in the rates system for all Europe, Middle East & Africa. The candidate must be proactive, able to adapt quickly to business needs and able to find rapid solutions for required outcomes. The role reports under the Director Rate Systems & Services.\u00a0This is a role that has direct impact in our financial performance with key result areas linked to price accuracy, providing support for revenue management and operations activities.\u00a0<\/p>\n

What You\u2019ll Do:<\/p>\n

Review and Identify rate requirements in response to requests for rate structure changes, data analysis, enhancements, promotion activity, error rate investigation, launch products and analyse problem reports.
\nAudit and ensure high quality output, driving best practices, seeking constant improvements while adhering to company policies.\u00a0
\nCollaborate with Revenue management teams, Data analytics, Field operations, E-commerce, Sales and marketing teams, franchise teams and all other functions across the business.
\nManage rates structures and data in rate engine and pricing systems.\u00a0
\nCreate products and promotions.\u00a0
\nContribute to department performance by meeting key metrics such as\u00a0<\/p>\n
