Produce and issue offer letters, contracts of employment and starter packs for all new starters at News UK<\/p>\n
Conduct employment screening checks\/right to work checks<\/p>\n
Provide proactive advice and guidance to our stakeholders on contractual terms during the offer and onboarding process<\/p>\n
Ensure new starter details are accurately recorded in our HR Information System<\/p>\n
Maintain all employment contract templates ensuring that any changes are accurately and consistently updated<\/p>\n
Manage the day-to-day activities of the Company\u2019s employment screening processes<\/p>\n
Manage the day-to-day activities of the Company\u2019s right to work processes<\/p>\n
Foster professional and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders<\/p>\n
Act as an expert advisor in the subject areas within your team\u2019s remit and within People Operations<\/p>\n
Maintain thorough and accurate records of any changes to employment contract templates<\/p>\n
Provide advice and assistance to our employees<\/p>\n
Provide input into continuous improvement of all HR processes and protocols ensuring that established processes are followed.<\/p>\n
