PSEG Data Entry Jobs Work From Home<\/p>\n

The Document Controls Manager is responsible for the development of all Renewables & Energy Solutions (RES) documentation, electronic systems, publications and presentations aligned with all aspects of Project Management.<\/p>\n

Job Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Create project plans and Lead diverse teams in the development\/review and update of all required documentation (for electronic and published materials) and project planning including but not limited to manuals, processes, procedures and protocols
\nManage the performance of several employees\/contractors in accordance with PSE&G Procurement approved guidelines and best practices including: developing project requirements, reviewing scope of work\/resumes and hiring, evaluating and coaching.
\nCreate, develop and present strong presentations and communications to the Senior Leadership Team,
\nDevelop roll-out strategies for change management where and when required, for all new documentation, new procedures, new standards, new guidelines
\nDevelop and track budget effectiveness\/efficiency involving all documentation programs
\nDevelop strategy\/system for monitoring and evaluating implementation of procedures and standards, need for changes, timelines for reviews
\nStorm support.<\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Communications, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
\nDemonstrated experience documenting operational processes, policies, and procedures.
\nDemonstrated leadership, negotiation and persuasive management skills.
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n5 years of Operations experience<\/p>\n

Masters\/MBA
\nExperience to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and diverse environment<\/p>\n
