What you will be doing<\/p>\n

As part of the Banking Amplify team, and as an experienced and proven Sales\u00a0and Subject Mater Expert in the core banking space, you will utilize your professional expertise along with knowledge of FIS company products and services.\u00a0Help sellers\u00a0through a specific channel,\u00a0partner on territory management,\u00a0share your expertise in client, meetings and on panels,, and collaborate with a team that is responsible for\u00a0selling FIS solutions in the core banking vertical.<\/p>\n

As part of the growth team, you will:<\/p>\n

Position and help sell solutions and\/or services tailored to specific industries.
\nManage the sales engagement, including attending meetings, qualifying deals, training sellers, and presenting trends to C-suite.
\nDevelop and maintain relationships with new accounts and key institutions in the industry.
\nSolicit and maintain a network of prospects, initiating contact with prospective customers to sell targeted products and\/or services.
\nDemonstrate knowledge of industry challenges and competitive landscape, presenting the market\u2019s view to the strategy team.
\nBuild and maintain a new revenue pipeline, demonstrating quarterly growth with meaningful activity: calls, meetings, next steps, and follow-ups.
\nWork closely with LoB solutions managers to ensure solutions meet market needs, influence roadmaps, and align on market positioning.
\nPrepare and present proposals to clients using company resources and tools.
\nHelp negotiate, structure, and close deals that meet customer expectations and the company’s ability to deliver.
\nCollaborate with the Growth Office Transformation and Acceleration team to prioritize and formulate a comprehensive GTM plan.
\nSupport the development of marketing messaging and positioning, agree on campaign strategy, and review lead generation from campaigns\/events.
\nProvide a \u201cbig picture\u201d solution-based approach and bring in presales after qualifying key opportunities to ensure a seamless client experience.<\/p>\n

5+ years of industry experience with significant subject matter expertise.
\nStrong selling experience with a strong grasp of the competitive landscape.
\nProven track record of exceeding sales quotas and disciplined self-motivation.
\nDeep relationships within key institutions in the industry.
\nProven experience in C-level engagement and effective relationship building with all management levels.
\nUnderstanding of FIS product and service offerings and competitive products\/services.
\nExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
\nPrior experience using LinkedIn and other professional social media tools for prospecting.
\nSolid decision-making, problem-solving, and creativity skills.
\nAnalytical skills to determine client business needs and requirements.
\nWorking knowledge of PowerPoint, MS Excel, and Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
\nBachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
