Job Purpose<\/p>\n

Reporting to the Head of B2C, this role will be focused on targeting prospective customers who have registered interest in starting their solar journey. The role will be managing the end-to-end sales journey for customers, owning the initial interaction, hosting virtual consultations and delivering clear concise quotations.<\/p>\n

Key Accountabilities<\/p>\n

Managing customer interactions, pipeline and closing contracts
\nResponds to enquiries passed through to the department on leads generated through specific sales channels
\nMakes and answers all calls in a professional and knowledgeable manner
\nNeeds to be fully conversant with all systems to enable effective interrogation of these systems by accessing then on a daily basis for customer intelligence
\nHas an in-depth knowledge of products and services, to be able to explain the features and benefits, and those of our competitors
\nTakes responsibility for ensuring that accurate product information is provided to customers at all times
\nSatisfies customer sales enquiries on initial call whenever possible
\nAttends team meetings and contribute as necessary on their individual performance, any successes, failures, opportunities and threats<\/p>\n

Knowledge & Experience<\/p>\n

Sales professionals who have an entrepreneurial spirit and are hungry for success with a desire and proven history to be able to close deals and hit individual and team targets
\nTechnical product knowledge (preferred but not essential) *Training will be provided
\nTop-level organisational skills
\nA sales background (preferably in telesales\/direct)
\nKnown for being able to \u201croll up sleeves\u201d to get work done within a scale up environment
\nAn interest in the renewables energy industry would be advantageous<\/p>\n
