RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n

Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed financial models to evaluate potential construction and corporate projects, including pro-forma financial statements, financial\/economic impact, and scenario\/sensitivity analysis.
\nReview acquisition targets, prepare valuation models to evaluate deal risk, reward, and financial\/shareholder impact, and assist with due diligence of acquisition targets.
\nConduct company research on customers, competitors, subcontractors, and owners.
\nDevelop industry reviews and market analyses.
\nAd-hoc financial modeling or other various projects, such as strategic business reviews\/business planning.
\nCreate clear and concise, models, memos, reports, and presentations. Ability to effectively communicate results\/key facts to management.
\nFollow general economic and engineering & construction industry trends.
\nPotential travel required.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n

Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or related field. If related field, thorough understanding of accounting & financial concepts. Progress toward obtaining an MBA or CFA designation is strongly preferred.
\nPrefer 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, asset or business valuation, and general research.
\nAbility and willingness to travel within the UK.
\nDisciplined and self-motivated.
\nSuperior skills with Microsoft Excel, performing advanced functions, and other Microsoft Office products are required.
\nExcellent oral, written and presentation skills.
\nAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously, employing effective time management and organizational skills.
\nAbility to work independently and contribute analytical support to larger, team-based projects.
\nDemonstrated ability to present complex information in a simplified, clear way.
\nMust be detailed oriented.<\/p>\n
