Responsible for daily cash collections for various IPG Agencies.\u00a0 Position works closely with various individuals and departments to resolve client discrepancies.\u00a0 Monitor the accurate cash applications on various North America client receipts. \u00a0Position requires a great deal of intricate research, follow-up and coordination of responses from various departments and external sources. \u00a0Must maintain the highest level of customer service and deliver on set expectations.<\/p>\n

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<\/p>\n

Contact clients regarding past due invoices daily via telephone or email
\nGenerate and distribute Accounts Receivable reports to Account Executives, Management and Clients
\nRecognition and Analysis of collection issues
\nResearching payments and applications
\nAssist with audit requests.
\nClient Account Reconciliations
\nInter-company inquires and research
\nPrimary back-up for Cash Application Associate
\nAbility to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of employees and\/or clients
\nRegular and reliable attendance required
\nAbility to work onsite in an office environment with limited remote work alternatives, consistent with applicable law.<\/p>\n

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n

High School Diploma or equivalent
\nExcellent problem solving and analytical skills

\nShould be familiar with Cash Applications and Accounts Payable
\nAbility to handle multiple tasks concurrently
\nAbove average written and oral communications skills
