Interpublic Group Data Entry Jobs Work From Home<\/p>\n

The Lease Accountant is responsible for assisting in all lease accounting services provided by Omaha Shared Services.\u00a0 This position will be responsible for reviewing lease documents and preparing lease templates including accounting entries.\u00a0 In addition, this position will assist the manager with maintaining the lease database, technical research, policy interpretation, assist with ESG reporting, and special projects.<\/p>\n

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<\/p>\n

Review lease documents, prepare lease templates and accounting entries for the agencies in accordance with the applicable accounting guidance and internal policies
\nAssist in maintenance of lease database
\nAssist in ESG reporting
\nAssist in ensuring compliance with Sarbanes Oxley
\nAssist in providing accounting guidance, support, information, and answers for areas of responsibility as needed for the agencies, external and internal auditors, and Omaha Shared Services
\nRegular and reliable attendance required
\nAbility to work onsite in an office environment with limited remote work alternatives, consistent with applicable law.<\/p>\n

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n

High school diploma or equivalent required
\nBachelor\u2019s degree in accounting is required
\nMinimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting desired
\nLease accounting experience is desired
\nAn interest in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues is a plus
\nVery strong Excel proficiency required as well as strong general personal computer skills
\nStrong verbal and written communication skills
\nStrong analytical and interpersonal skills required
\nGood organizational skills and ability to work as a member of a team<\/p>\n
