Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n

To provide electrical and mechanical maintenance to a range of machinery including CNC lathes, CNC grinders, robotics, automated and semi-automated assembly equipment
\nReacting to urgent breakdowns reducing machine downtime to a minimum
\nServicing machines to a high standard
\nFollowing TPM schedules to ensure all equipment is routinely serviced and inspected.
\nCarry out continuous improvement activity with set objectives
\nPLC Diagnosis \u2013 Predominantly Siemens S7 & TIA (Small amount of Allen Bradley)
\nVision systems \u2013 Cognex & Keyence
\nBe involved with new equipment implementation projects.<\/p>\n

Knowledge & Experience<\/p>\n

Recognised Apprenticeship (electrical\/mechanical)
\nHNC (electrical\/mechanical)
\nElectrical installation experience, 18th edition qualification (preferred)
\nWorking knowledge of machine tool processes & fault diagnostics
\nCNC diagnostics capability (Siemens, Fanuc, etc.)
\nPC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows & other general software (Excel, Word, SAP etc.)
\nHas a strong focus on team goals, as well as individual commitments
\nBe a great team player.<\/p>\n
