Your Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

Actively supports Maintenance Procedure Use Policy:<\/p>\n

1) Performs technical reviews of procedures;<\/p>\n

2) Serves as a technical resource during procedure creation and review;<\/p>\n

3) Creates and reviews job procedures and checklists, and initiates procedure Management of Change work process (MOC).<\/p>\n

Takes lead role in directing maintenance resources for critical equipment setup.
\nActs as the technical expert responsible for resolving equipment based or repair technique-based issues, which impact the availability and maintainability of the facility.
\nServes as a subject matter expert in equipment failures and repair techniques during root cause investigations.
\nDelivers maintenance input into project activities and acts as maintenance representative for capital projects.
\nDevelops turnaround scopes and supports turnaround activities.
\nCollaborates with Subject Matter Experts to develop work scopes and drive solutions.
\nDelivers input to the Reliability Top Opportunity List.
\nProvides input to Mechanical Integrity Quality Assurance (MIQA) process.
\nPerforms regular field assessments of equipment.<\/p>\n

Required Qualifications:<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0 \u00a0BS Engineering discipline required<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0 \u00a00-5 years of manufacturing or related experience required<\/p>\n

Capabilities Required for this Role (Knowledge Skills & Abilities):<\/p>\n

Skilled in creating\/reviewing technical procedures (Standard Practice, Standard Operating Procedures)
\nSAP working knowledge for Bill of Materials improvement.
\nRisk assessment principles
\nMaintenance (cost, asset utilization and) goal alignment
\nGlobal Maintenance Work Process (GMWP) and reliability network
\nDefining scope of work
\nRoot cause analysis (rca)
\nMaintenance information systems
\nEconomic evaluation tools
\nReliability Engineering Principles (ex. Statistical analysis, reliability modeling)
\nHydraulic system troubleshooting \u2013 preferred.
\nMetering Pump system troubleshooting \u2013 preferred.<\/p>\n
