Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n

Project Management & Process Improvement\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Identification of operational improvements based on review of current processes through documentation of process and data flows\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Regular communication with project partners\u00a0located\u00a0in different regions to complete projects\u00a0<\/p>\n

Leading multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and effectively prioritising time between each .\u00a0<\/p>\n

Insight & Advisory\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Data Analytics and Insight into Business and Operations through a variety of tools including Anaplan,\u00a0PowerBI, and high proficiency in Excel.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Partner with the regional Analysts to drive\u00a0accurate\u00a0and consistent metric usage in line with Global standards\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Give feedback and ideas to influence new policies that solve for stronger alignment and\u00a0standardisation\u00a0while allowing for flexibility and speed in sales processes.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Modelling Development\u00a0<\/p>\n

Scalable and repeatable model design and data management approaches for long term operational use\u00a0on the Anaplan Platform\u00a0<\/p>\n

Partnering with Regional and Global Sales Operations teams to adapt or build Operational models which add-value towards a connected GTM business plan\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Handle enablement and change management with the wider Sales Operations team on any new operational launches resulting from the individual\u2019s projects .<\/p>\n

What you need to succeed:\u00a0<\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s degree, with a minimum of 5 years related work experience in Operations, Sales, Sales Support,\u00a0Finance\u00a0or interlinked functions, ideally in the software industry\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to document and present clear and concise information to senior management and cross-functional teams\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Demonstrable problem-solving ability with experience\u00a0providing\u00a0practical business insights from large, complex data sets\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Hands-on experience building and running Anaplan models, in support of business planning activities\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Critical thinking as well as attention to detail\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Highly responsive with strong self-organising\u00a0and multitasking skills, ability to lead multiple tasks and projects simultaneously,\u00a0prioritise\u00a0and own results end to end.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
