Position Responsibilities
\nMerchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with Keurig Dr Pepper brands in retail stores.
\nPartner with Sales Representatives\/Managers to coordinate delivery and merchandising schedule.
\nBuild effective relationships with store personnel to assure superior customer satisfaction.
\nIdentify incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representative to pursue.
\nProvide feedback on competitor activities and best practices.
\nCover routes and provide sales and\/or merchandising services as assigned.
\nAvailable to work weekends and holidays.
\nFollow the 4 week training schedule established for merchandising team with new hires
\nHandle majority of swing merchandising needs
\nTrain all merchandisers on best practices and help them grow
\nBrief the frontline employees on scheduling and meetings
\nResponsible for an area equal to 3 normal Merchandising routes<\/p>\n
