What you will accomplish:<\/p>\n

Lead program management of the initiative, ensuring the initiative is on track or ahead of its objective and goals, with risks or issues being brought up appropriately \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Lead overall partner management approach and execution, ensuring we\u2019re talking to the right folks, about the right topics, at the right time \u00a0<\/p>\n

Partner closely with counterparts in the product, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of operational processes and planning and smooth execution<\/p>\n

Own financial and operational reporting from a business perspective, partnering closely with finance, analytics and program leads \u00a0<\/p>\n

Work with the Senior Director and others to further build out the 3-year strategy and plan<\/p>\n

Implement other ad-hoc projects where needed<\/p>\n

What you will bring: \u00a0<\/p>\n

Initiative level\/ Programme management experience and\/ or consulting experience; ideally in an international organisation on large-scale projects, across a range of functions and\/ or e-commerce is a plus<\/p>\n

Extensive experience communicating complex topics to senior audiences, driving decision making, and involving all partners appropriately. Excellent English written and verbal reasoning and communication skills \u00a0<\/p>\n

Ability to problem solve and drive operational topics, whilst being able to zoom out and think strategically about the bigger picture<\/p>\n

Excellent financial and analytical understanding, able to tie through operational execution to data and vice versa<\/p>\n

A great teammate, who is energetic, flexible, and comfortable with navigating through ambiguity in a trust-based, human way<\/p>\n
