Answer incoming communications from customers\u202f\u00a0

What You Bring to the Role\u00a0<\/p>\n

English written and spoken proficiency (C2 level)
\n12 months or more customer services experience
\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\u00a0
\nRecognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge\u202f\u00a0
\nComputer savvy including ability to navigate multiple windows and applications
\nProved experience with high volume escalations\u00a0
\nDealing and resolving complaint calls in an efficient and time sensitive manner
\nConflict resolution and resilience to customer pushback<\/p>\n
