As a Supervisor at Labcorp you will be responsible for a team of technicians undertaking specific tasks in support of Genetic Toxicology studies along with carrying out technician duties.<\/p>\n

Duties include:<\/p>\n

Providing supervisory and operational support necessary for the preparation, conduct or reporting of studies carried out within Genetic Toxicology
\nDirect responsibility for all staff working in the operational\/support group\/section assigned to
\nTraining and support of team memebers to achieve work deadlines and personal developmentgoals
\nAccountability for overall accuracy, soundness, quality, timeliness and completeness of all work performed in the area of responsibility
\nResponsibility for scheduling; allocating resources within the operational\/support group\/section; overall responsibility for training and supervision of all operational\/scientific\/support staff
\nResponsibility for study data, raw data and\/or reporting quality, to include equipment metrology and functionality (where applicable).<\/p>\n

Education:<\/p>\n

Minimum A-levels or equivalent. Degree in relevant scientific field preferred. Experience may be substituted for education<\/p>\n

Experience:<\/p>\n

Supervisory experience within a laboratory, preferably working to regulatory standards such as GLP
\nPrevious expereince of staff management including development and training
\nGenetic Toxicology knowledge and\/or experience is advantageous
\nAseptic techniques or cell culture experience desirable with in vitro mammalian cell assay
\nExcellent organisational and time management skills paired with attention to detail.<\/p>\n
