In this home-based role, you will be responsible for the design, planning, implementation and monitoring of Compensation programs and processes in the EMEA region where Labcorp operates, ensuring that our programs are designed to be compliant, market competitive and internally aligned with business goals.<\/p>\n

Job Description<\/p>\n

Lead the Compensation plan and activities in EMEA Region across all Labcorp business units<\/p>\n

Develop compensation policies, programs and processes.<\/p>\n

Build and foster relationships with business leaders and decision makers through consultative efforts.<\/p>\n

Provide training and consultation to HR colleagues, managers and stakeholders<\/p>\n

Drive and coordinate the change management as needed<\/p>\n

Keep apprised of country and local compensation regulations and standard practices<\/p>\n

Consult with HR and business stakeholders on business needs and solutions; provide strategic view, while also serving as a hands-on leader with accountability for tactical execution<\/p>\n

Participate in management of annual compensation cycle<\/p>\n

Develop effective communications for compensation initiatives as needed<\/p>\n

Collaborate with global compensation team colleagues to provide consistent messaging and guidance in alignment with global initiatives.<\/p>\n

Collaborate with colleagues across HR, payroll, legal and finance across the region<\/p>\n

Communicate with HR Business Partners on compensation environment in the region<\/p>\n

May oversee the work of Compensation Analyst(s)<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/p>\n

Minimum Bachelor\u2019s Degree, or equivalent<\/p>\n

5+ years professional compensation experience with both analytical and strategic skills<\/p>\n

Experience in performance management and pay-for-performance programs<\/p>\n

Strong business acumen<\/p>\n

Knowledge of local employment law and compensation practices across the region<\/p>\n

Experience in framing and collaboratively solving highly complex problems<\/p>\n

Demonstrated project management skills<\/p>\n

Experience leading communications and change management<\/p>\n

Ability to work with all levels of management<\/p>\n

Strong leadership and communication skills<\/p>\n

Ability to influence and advise in a matrixed environment<\/p>\n

Prior experience managing people and large projects<\/p>\n
