\nKnowledgeable on current and upcoming design trends, residential construction and reading floorplans.

Anthem Work From Home Advisor Jobs<\/p>\n

You will<\/p>\n

Be the main point of contact for homeowners from interior selections through to possession
\nAssist in procuring and updating design palettes and continuously improve\/evolve existing interior design palettes with the market
\nSelect interior and exterior finishes for Anthem spec home products
\nCoordinate homeowner design-related appointments
\nConsult on and submit exterior colour selections for architectural approvals to developer
\nConsult on and submit homeowner palette selections and optional upgrades
\nConsult on and submit any change orders, both interior and exterior
\nTrack homeowner selection data and current market trends
\nBe accountable for proactively educating homeowners, setting expectations and delivering timely, engaging communications
\nSchedule and attend homeowner milestone appointments
\nAdhere to and support Anthem Housing policies and procedures for both Calgary and Edmonton regions
\nLiaise with all internal departments, including Sales, Liaison, Operations, Construction and Warranty with regards to the sales process, construction details and timelines
\nMaintain a positive \u2018get it done\u2019 attitude and be the trusted advisor for homeowners, navigating homeowner concerns and difficult conversations.<\/p>\n

You have<\/p>\n

A diploma\/degree in Interior Design from a recognized institute
\n4+ years of progressive homeowner service experience
\nPrevious experience in the residential construction industry (preferred)
\nStrong organizational skills and are extremely detail-oriented
\nThe proven ability to maintain professional interactions
\nA valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle<\/p>\n
