You will<\/p>\n

Coordinate the collection, coding, approval and payment process of invoices in a fast-paced environment
\nSort, match and scan invoices with supporting backup
\nPerform accurate data entry of payables into AP processing system
\nManage and administer the monthly payment cycle, including EFT, ACH, manual cheques and e-filing
\nMaintain vendor files in the CRM database
\nRespond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner
\nComplete Vendor Statement reconciliations and follow up, when needed
\nAssist with preparation of monthly GST filing
\nCollect payroll time sheets and enter into Payroll software
\nPerform general administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as required<\/p>\n

You have<\/p>\n

1 – 3 years of accounting\/administrative-related experience, preferably in the construction or real estate sector
\nSome post-secondary education in Accounting
\nA good command of the English language (both verbal and written)
\nAn excellent attitude and a sense of humour!
\nStrong competency in Outlook, Excel and Word
\nExceptional organizational skills, accuracy and multi-tasking abilities
\nProven ability to work in team<\/p>\n
