Perform full cycle accounting on a project by project basis
\nMonitor, review, and reconcile: budgets and construction loan draw requests
\nPrepare monthly bank and loan reconciliations
\nPrepare financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and procedures for multiple project entities
\nPrepare and analyze working papers for project entities
\nEnsure that financial information provided is timely and relevant for effective decision making
\nOngoing monitoring of project financing requirements, partner contributions\/distributions, and all other aspects of cash flow management
\nUpdate and review the Calgary land development proformas to ensure they accurately reflect the current team vision
\nWork closely with the project teams to gain a thorough understanding of the projects, and an awareness of potential risk items that could impact project budgets or cashflows<\/p>\n

A Professional Accounting Designation and\/or 5+years of experience in a similar role
\nAdvanced Excel skills and strong working knowledge of Yardi
