Drive innovation by conducting advanced research in the areas of Deep Learning (DL), Generative AI, and other state-of-the-art AI technologies and Conceive, develop, and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) that demonstrate the value and potential of your research to the organization.<\/p>\n

You will:<\/p>\n

Innovate through advanced research and development in the fields of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Deep Learning, implementing and fine-tuning architectures using frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow to tackle complex ML\/DL problems<\/p>\n

Employ techniques like pruning, quantization, and model compression for optimizing AI model performance and efficiency, ensuring robustness and scalability of solutions<\/p>\n

Document intricate research algorithms and models succinctly, contributing to technical reports, code annotations, and ensuring a comprehensive repository of research findings<\/p>\n

Spearhead Proof of Concept (POC) execution and participate in patent creation processes to demonstrate research potential and safeguard intellectual property<\/p>\n

Author and publish empirical findings in renowned, peer-reviewed AI conferences and journals, bolstering the organization’s stature in innovation, and disseminate expertise through technical presentations and workshops<\/p>\n

Essential Requirements<\/p>\n

3+ years of experience in AI, ML, DL, and Reinforcement Learning (RL), with an emphasis on Research in AI\/ML\/DL technologies and a MS\/PhD\/Bachelors\u2019 degree or a combination of experience and education<\/p>\n

Extensive knowledge and practical experience with deep learning, reinforcement learning, and Graph Neural Networks..<\/p>\n

Solid understanding of AI model architecture, training paradigms, fine-tuning processes, and optimization techniques (such as Gradient Descent, Adam, RMSProp)<\/p>\n

A track record of published research in reputable conferences and journals<\/p>\n

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting research findings, presenting at conferences, and providing training<\/p>\n

Desirable Requirements<\/p>\n

Experience with cloud-based AI solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure) and serverless computing (Lambda, Cloud Functions) is a plus<\/p>\n
