Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Responsible for processing and reviewing month end close postings
\nResponsible for maintaining detailed balance sheet reconciliations for UK company
\nInvolvement in the production and timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packs for UK to LKQ Corporation, with variance analysis
\nInvolvement in the preparation and timely submission of monthly US GAAP accounting adjustments
\nInvolvement in the preparation of SOX control compliance during close processes, ensuring all submissions are completed accurately, on time and in adherence to LKQ Corp policy.
\nResponsible for responding to queries from external and internal auditors as necessary
\nResponsible for resolving VAT and Corporation Tax enquiries and analysis.<\/p>\n

Skills and Experience<\/p>\n

Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
\nAble to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
\nSuperior analytical and Excel skills
\nAbility to communicate with the non-finance colleagues
\nAbility to work independently, use initiative and meet deadlines
\nStrong interpersonal skills
\nA driven, hard-working individual
\nExperience managing a team
\nExperience of working for an FMCG \/logistics\/ Multisite business.
\nExperience of US GAAP and SOX (desired)<\/p>\n
