\nDevelop, implement, and keep current all procedures and standards for the team.

Qualifications<\/p>\n

Successful candidates will have:\u00a0<\/p>\n

Bachelors Degree in Business or related field required; MBA desired.
\n5+\u00a0years of experience in PACCAR or equivalent industry experience required.
\n2+ years of experience in a contact center environment is preferred.
\nProven leadership experience to include project management and performance coaching skills.
\nExceptional customer service skills with the ability to identify customer needs and transform them into solutions.\u00a0
\nAbility to communicate well, both verbally and written, with various levels of stakeholders within and outside of the organization.
\nAbility to gather and analyze data, identify areas of opportunity and deliver improvements.\u00a0
\nSalesforce experience preferred.

\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
\nDomestic travel up to 3-4 times a year;\u00a0International travel as needed.<\/p>\n
