As a L&D Advisor at Biogen, you will play a pivotal role in driving compliance, safety, competency assessment, and general learning and development initiatives across the business. Working closely with the Head of HR, you will identify, analyse, plan, and implement training programs while ensuring accurate records are maintained. In this role you will provide a professional and inspiring welcome to new colleagues, co-ordinating the company induction programme, along with planning and delivery of the annual training schedule.<\/p>\n

You have the capability to work independently and take responsibility for production and delivery of key training programmes, along with management development programmes. You will oversee the apprenticeship programmes, checking in with colleagues to offer support where needed. You will also be involved in the coordination of compliance training courses for all colleagues and monitor completion of online modules.<\/p>\n
