You will join us as a Site Manager to pro-actively manage & take responsibility for the whole site operation. You will be responsible for the highest safety and environmental standards, ensure the site operates to maximise a cost effective and efficient output whilst continuously improving safety, health, environmental, operational standards and systems, and managing control of change procedures.\u00a0<\/p>\n

You will have people management, development and training responsibility for the whole site, including recruitment and staff appraisals. This role will include managing digestate stock levels and quality, the intake, sorting and loading operation of feedstock supply and managing planned site maintenance.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Site Manager Requirements:<\/p>\n

We are looking for an experienced people manager, who possesses excellent process engineering skills; you will ideally have mechanical or electrical engineer skills and qualifications. You will have previous experience of achieving excellent standards of health and safety and compliance requirements, providing regular reporting to the leadership team on the plant\u2019s performance. You will ideally hold a qualification or possess experience in materials handling, confined spaces, working at heights and first aid. Training will be provided to achieve the internal Competency Management Standards (WAMITAB) and a NEBOSH general certificate if these are not already held.<\/p>\n

You will have experience of cost control and managing budgets and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances effectively. Be self-motivated, flexible and with good people management experience. It is desirable that you have experience of environmental, safety and quality management systems. Due to the nature of the role a full UK Driving Licence is required. The role will involve working weekends, call out on a rota basis and remote monitoring of the AD Process<\/p>\n
