SB&D Work From Home Jobs Advisor Full Time<\/p>\n

We are currently seeking a driven\u00a0Service Centre Technician\u00a0whose primary responsibility will be to provide a consistently high standard of repairs within the National Service Centre (NSC) covering warranty and chargeable repairs in addition to reconditioned tools activity.<\/p>\n

As the\u00a0Service Centre Technician,\u00a0your remit will include some of the following.<\/p>\n

Provide a first fix resolution to all tools received into the National Service Centre
\nEmbrace continuous learning about the technical know-how of repair tools across the various brands under the Stanley Black & Decker umbrella
\nBuild and maintain relationships with internal stake holders including, NSC, After Sales, Engineering, Product and Quality teams
\nEnsure that all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements on site are complied with<\/p>\n

Demonstrable experience and\/or skillset in a technical (Tools related) capacity
\nAn interest in Power Tools is desired
