SB&D Remote Jobs Customer Support Jobs<\/p>\n

To provide a consistent high level of support within the National Service Centre for functions associated to warehouse operations and inventory control.<\/p>\n

Position Overview<\/p>\n

General warehousing and inventory control related duties
\nRecord inbound and outbound deliveries of products using the appropriate systems
\nBooking in repair collections and processing warranty exchanges for the NSC
\nLog and capture date on Salesforce – Stanley Black & Decker\u2019s preferred CRM system
\nDealing with transport related matters relevant to the duties undertaken in the NSC
\nResponsible for picking and shipping of reconditioned products \u2013 both pending repairs and finished products
\nCheck tool details match paperwork to identify invalid\/fraudulent warranty claims
\nGeneral warehousing duties
\nCancelling jobs on SAP (i.e. when cannot be repaired \/ inputted incorrectly)
\nAny other tasks and duties relating to the wider After Sales Service Team and NSC<\/p>\n
