What You\u2019ll Do<\/p>\n

Responsible for resolving cardmember inquiries regarding a fraud or security related concern. Some examples\u00a0include: verifying flagged transactions, caller authentication, reporting an account as fraud, etc.<\/p>\n

Takes incoming\u00a0calls and referrals from other departments, and may make outbound calls at times.<\/p>\n

Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.<\/p>\n

If working from home, you will need a quiet workspace so you can focus on our customers. You\u2019ll also need a minimum of 100 MBPS download\/10 MBPS upload speed from your internet provider. A wired connection is required.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Handles inbound servicing calls from customers; completes necessary fraud\u00a0verification, includes caller authentication, transaction verification, etc. utilizing\u00a0excellent customer service skills.<\/p>\n

Collects necessary information and completes a fraud report when the customer\u00a0confirms unauthorized account activity.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Ensures proper follow-up or escalation of account based on call outcome<\/p>\n

Makes outbound calls to verify account activity with the customer.<\/p>\n
